Shore Based Management Training

Although not in the front line when it comes to a piracy attack, shore-based management teams can be instrumental in the prevention of an attack and will play a significant role should a hijacking take place. Knowing what to do and when can make a significant difference to the level of human and financial costs that will ultimately prevail in such an incident.

Our training for shore-based management teams will provide a heightened understanding of what the crew will encounter and what steps can be taken to prevent, detect and deal with an event. Shore based drills will be taught that will collaborate directly with those the crew will learn through our training.
